1. Privacy Policy Consent
Welcome to www.theprofitsprophet.com. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our websites, app, email, text messaging, other forms of electronic messaging, offline activities, in-person events, and third-party partners or vendors (the “Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by Patrick Tucker, LLC, d/b/a The Profits Prophet (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user.

2. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. The Site is not intended for use by children under sixteen (16) years of age. Personal Data does not include publicly available information that is lawfully made available to the general public from federal, state, or local government records.

6. Other Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through the Site, we and our service provider partners and/or social media network partners may automatically collect and process other information through the use of automatic data collection technologies, including standard cookies features of major web browsers, flash cookies, web beacons and other automatic data collection technologies.
The information we collect automatically does not include personally identifiable information or does not directly relate to an individual. In some (but not all) countries, including countries in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), this information may be considered Personal Data under applicable data protection laws.
Typically, we generally collect information about your geolocation, your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the Sites visited just before and just after the Site and any communications between your computer and the Site. This automatic data collection does not follow a user’s activities on any other Sites. The information we collect automatically is used for statistical data to improve the Site so that we can provide you with a meaningful experience when utilizing the Site, its content and services offered on or through the Site. 8. How We Secure the Information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect and secure the Personal Data and general information you provide to us from misuse, disclosure or unauthorized access. We only share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who use the same level of care in processing your Personal Data as we do.
That being said, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Data will always be secure due to technology or security breaches. We do not ordinarily send test messages for marketing purposes, but to the extent you provide us with your mobile telephone number, you consent to the transmission of text messages to such number, and waive rights you may have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

12. Account Credentials & Passwords
To use certain features of the Site or its Content, you may need a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password for your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username, password or account information. If you share your username or password with others, it is at your own risk as they may be able to obtain access to your Personal Data. We retain your Personal Data for the minimum amount of time necessary to provide you with the information, products and/or services that you requested from us. We may retain certain Personal Data for longer periods of time if necessary for legal, contractual and/or legitimate business obligations.
